The process starts with a phone call or e-mail to briefly discuss what is needed, how soon and very approximately what the project might cost. 

From this introduction a meeting is arranged to establish wood of choice, dimensions, aesthetic and functional considerations etc.  Following the meeting(s)  I forward a written quotation of the exact cost, precisely what I propose to build, and an estimated completion date. 

If all is in order the project is added to the list to be completed in due course.
